Preparation
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Spread 1/4 cup of the beans onto each tortilla just below center. Sprinkle heaping 1/2 teaspoon chopped onion and 2 tablespoons cheese over beans on each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly to secure filling. (Fold bottom of each tortilla 1 inch over filling. Fold sides in, overlapping to enclose filling. Fold top over sides.) Place seam-side down on ungreased large cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with Toppings.
Expert Tips
- For extra zip, try drizzling with Old El Paso™ Zesty Ranch Sauce instead of Old El Paso™ Creamy Queso Sauce.
- Want to give your cheesy bean burritos a spicy kick? Replace the Old El Paso™ Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend with Old El Paso™ Shredded 3 Pepper Cheese Blend.
- Try adding additional fresh toppings, like chopped avocados, tomatoes or shredded lettuce to your homemade Bean and Cheese Burritos.
