- 1 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 package (12.4 oz) Old El Paso™ Tortilla Pockets Kit
- 1 1/4 cups from 1 package (7 oz) Old El Paso™ Shredded Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend
- 1 1/4 cups shredded lettuce
- 3/4 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup from 1 container (14 oz) Old El Paso™ Crema Mexicana

Preparation
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning mix (from kit); heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.
- Meanwhile, heat tortilla pockets (from kit) as directed on package.
- Stuff tortilla pockets with beef filling. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, crema and taco sauce (from kit).
