Ingredient List
- 1 small pork tenderloin (about 18 oz), trimmed of fat, cut into small cubes
- 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 unpeeled apple, cut into matchstick-size pieces
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 tortilla bowls from 1 package (6.7 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Soft Tortilla Bowls (8 Count)

Preparation
- Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat; add pork. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until almost cooked through. Stir in taco seasoning mix, and continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes longer or until seasoning mix is incorporated and pork is completely cooked through.
- While pork is cooking, mix apple, onion, lime juice and cilantro in medium bowl, stirring well. Divide pork among tortillas; top with apple slaw.
